Kollage is Hiring – Needle Maker (Production & Assembly)

Kollage is hiring Needle Makers to help craft our premium knitting needles. This is a hands-on production role where care, precision, and pride in quality truly matter. You’ll be part of a supportive, inclusive team creating products used and loved by knitters around the world.

If you enjoy detailed work, working with tools, and contributing to something meaningful, this role might be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and produce knitting needles to Kollage quality and packaging standards

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace

• Work with small components, tools, and equipment with speed and accuracy

• Identify and report equipment or safety concerns to the Lead Hand

• Support a respectful, inclusive, and team-focused production environment

• Assist in other production areas as needed (training provided)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination

• Comfort working with tools, small parts, and repetitive tasks

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift light-to-moderate items, and work on concrete floors

• Steel-toe footwear required
